OLCC Production Tech/Joint Roller
Job Description Production Technician I-III
--Shift hours 7:00 am-5:30 pm Monday-Thursday--
The Production Technician is responsible for filling, packaging, and preparing for sale; Specifically, individuals can be responsible for filling carts, syringes, tinctures, prerolls, and other finished goods. The production technician also applies labels and other documentation to the product which will ensure that it complies with regulatory requirements for OLCC, ODA, and OHA. Reports to the Production Manager.
Educational / Qualification Requirements:
-Entry-level
-On the Job Training
-No Experience Required!
-Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a Marijuana Handler Permit (OAR 845-025-5500) before being hired.

Term:
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. Probation lasts 90 days from the date of hire. Continued employment is dependent on Annual review. Employment is at will.
Job Duties:
-Work in a safe and productive manner during designated shifts.
-Adhere to all safety, OLCC compliance, and packaging procedures.
-Communicate all issues, questions, or concerns with management and other operators.
-Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with CO2 CO. quality manual and regulations.
-Investigate and report all incidents (spills, accidents, poor performance).
-Package products as necessary.
-Logging and Metrc.
-Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates with minimum supervision.
-Assist with inventories of hardware including stock counts, requests for additional products, and transfers to other departments (sales, marketing, manufacturing).
-Show proficiency in the operation of all necessary equipment.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions:
-Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
-Must Be able to work closely with others and maintain a team environment.
-Must wear a mask while working
